After an initial price dispute, owner was willing to work with me to resolve my concerns. Overall service was completed okay and local owner seems willing to work with customers to ensure they are satisfied. Always check around for average prices for the work or service you need done and you should be okay. Prices, quotes and estimates should always be up front; if not, keep looking around.

Showed up very promptly, less than 2hrs after I placed the service-magic request. Completed all the work inside an hour. Service was very expensive though (>$800).

He arrived early, while another professional was already giving me an estimate. He called me and let me know he'd drive up when the other fellow left... he ended up waiting quietly for about 30 minutes, which was remarkably patient. Then he did battle with my clogged drain for 10+ minutes, and managed to get it working again. I wouldn't call the service inexpensive, but he was quick, courteous, patient, and very careful about not tracking mud or grass into my house. I'd be willing to hire him again.

He really knew what he was doing was honest and he did an excellent job and did not over charge me. He was here for 2 hours and completed the job to my to my satisfaction. Would recommend again.

He was good except the service rendered to me was way over charged. It took him not more that 3 minutes to use a snake to unclog my toilet for over $200.00. And this is during regular business hours NOT midnight. I will go with another company for any plumbing services that I will need in the future.

The bathroom sink was clogged, I had tried everything from Liquid Plumr, the plunger and even a portable snake. So when I called for assistance I knew it would not be simple. Tim showed up 15 minutes early, was clean and professional. He looked at the problem and quoted me a price, which I thought was a bit high. But after watching him work and seeing how much effort it took him to get the job done, I realized it was worth it. I am very happy with Rooter Man. Thanks Tim for an outstanding job.
