I had three other home repair projects all happen at once. When my water heater started leaking, I told everyone I called the LAST thing I needed was to purchase a new one right now. One of the companies seemed really intent on my buying a new water heater. Rooter Man explained everything and why my heater was fine and what to watch for down the road.

We hired them to give us an estimate to fix a leak in our crawl space. He was very forthcoming with the quote which, after experiencing another company that kept adding charges, we were very happy with. When he got in crawl space he did not find a leak. Instead of charging us a travel fee and a suit up fee he advised us to learn more about where crawl space cleaners saw the leak and said he would be happy to perform the work when we knew more. Extremely honest and we plan to call them and refer them whenever we can.

Rob came out to give an estimate. I got an estimate from another company who was lower, but they tried a bait and switch, so i called Rob back. Robs wife even calls to let you know he is on the way. He showed up on time, did the work for the fair price he had quoted. Rob is very personable,did a great job, cleaned up the mess, and I have hot water. I highly recommend Rob and will use him again.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
