Pros: - Knowledgeable and skilled - Professional and friendly - Accurate and thorough The job will be done correctly and completely Cons: - Cost Their pricing model is "We will come out for scope the job for free. Their pricing is then based upon a preset cost for doing the job. Look at other options if you just need one thing take care of. The cost does come in line if you have multiple items to take care of. Basically the "come out to check for free" model feels like it depends on homeowners to be at the point of "I just need this done". And when you have a plumbing issue, who isn't at that point?
