The appointment was mostly troubleshooting the root cause of a leak, but it was excellent service. The scheduler got back to me ASAP to get an appointment next day. Rob was very respectful the entire time in explaining each step, doing what they could to identify the root cause, and giving recommendations for non-plumbing vendors. Before they did a next step they'd ask permission and provided the quote up front before any service was completed. They wore masks the whole time and wore shoe protectors in the house. Would definitely recommend!

Immediate service was greatly appreciated due to scheduling problems. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the right decision for my aging gas water heater.
