Chalked 1/2 hour before arriving; arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We own a tri-plex and thus was for our middle unit. I will use him again when needed and would highly recommend.

they presented the estimate in a deceptive way. 4 projects-estimate $1,300. I assumed most was parts. the final bill included those charges but the parts were likely under under $300. I asked for list of new items to justify the charges. they refused to give me. they noted they charge "per project." The actual labor charges were between $800-$900 for 2 hours 15 minutes work-over $200/hr labor.I requested they pay me at least a part of the ridiculous labor charge-$450. They refused. They offered me $250. I refused. out of principal. They did not have to pay an exorbitant labor charge for 3 of the projects when they were already there. The work was excellent-but I can assure you I will never use your services again for any of my rentals or my home. I have discussed all the items in this email with your firm. These guys are fantastic! Even with issues getting through out gated community property these guys were professional, polite and new their stuff! The replacement that they installed was so much better than the original install done by the builder of our house! Also, I have never seen any contractor keep the work space so clean and clean up after themselves. My wife and I are so happy with their work they are now our only go to plumber!!! Will be hiring these guys again for any plumbing work we need.

It was a little more expensive than i thought it would be

Quick response, had all equipment on board truck, was clear about cost, gave instructions on using. Reasonable and explained all charges. Courteous and listened to make sure he understood issues. Father son team worked well together.

This family owned business is exactly the kind of professionals you want to invite into your home. Rob and Paul were friendly and courteous. I called ROOTER-MAN on Saturday after looking at their great reviews on Home Advisor. Lynda took my call and was also so friendly. She explained they would be out between 11am and 1 pm the following day (Sunday). Plumbers Ron and Dave gave me a courtesy call to let me know there were on the way before arriving. They snaked my kitchen sink drain which was clogged and hadn't been cleaned in decades and also put a new seal, that I had purchased, on my American Standard Cadet toilet that was ghost flushing. They discussed another project with me and gave a quote for some future work. i always have a bit of trepidation when inviting contractors into my home, but Rob and Paul are so relatable and nice that I won't call anyone else for my future plumbing work! This business understands the value of good customer service and good quality work! It felt like having family or friends over. Thank you ROOTER-MAN!
