I had water coming from under my downstairs toilet...I find this about 10:30AM on Friday before Labor Day. Jared from Rooter Man was here at 2PM telling me it was my wax seal, and needed new bolts to hold my toilet in place...he found out I also had a septic issue (that fortunately was fixed by 4PM by the septic company Iâ d used before)...Jared was amazing and I will refer all my friends to Rooter Man for any plumbing issues...

Pretty good. Managed to discover that, somehow, a previous pro, specifically hired to install a toilet because I didn't want to make an amateur mistake, made an amateur mistake and never installed a needed spacer for the wax ring. This somehow got by for ~2 years without anyone finding out the ugly truth that the toilet had no proper seal. Also, explains the sewer gas occasionally venting into the bathroom. ?? Glad to get it fixed, not the issue I wanted to find out.

I had to call them back two times to fix the leak in the drain. The last time they replaced several of the drain pipes and I feel they charged too much. Not much I could do because I was not in town at that time.

I had a pipe leak which was very bad and needed immediate assistance. Rooterman was able to send someone out the next day to repair the damages.
