The customer service was great. Tom actually walked me through some steps on what I could do before an expensive repair over the phone before wanting to see the system. He also walked me through what kind of pumps I need to buy and since I was not able to find one, he was kind enough to use an existing one they had. Although the repair was expensive, it made me confidant that they have the skills to fix it.

I had a leaking pipe connected to my water tank, they were able to send someone out the same day. Jared Walker was knowledgeable and professional. He laid everything out clear and precise and finished the job quickly.

Super customer service, quick scheduling, competent and personable plumber, and seemed pricey ($700 to clear clogged washer drain in under an hour). I would use them again for plumbing, but would want to explore other quotes first to confirm their prices are in line with the local industry.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and since I was expecting to have to wait awhile, that was awesome. Paul showed up within the scheduled time-frame, knew exactly what the problem was, had the part that was needed, the tools to remove the old cartridge and the job was done...I would say within about 30 minutes, Overall I'm a satisfied customer, and although it seems like a lot of money for a 30 minutes of work; I wouldn't have been able to do it and if I had, something would have inevitably gone very wrong (it always does). Therefore, it's worth the expense to not have the frustration and headache of it not being as simple as what is always stated in the instructional videos I watch for assistance. :-)
