Reviews
Write a ReviewVery informative, fast and explained everything, wasn t expecting the information I learned! Awesome customer service!
Answered our questions and got the job done.
Well they fixed the problem but it cost us $ 325 just to cut a small 1X1 Ft. hole in the ceiling before any work. I could have done that for free then to replace the Mixing Valve in Apt Up stairs that was another $300 + for a Total cost of $ 692.49. They did Fix the problem. I feel like they took advantage of us. Not Happy and Will Not Recommend Them to anyone.
The $325.00 did not just include opening a ceiling. We also test all of the drain lines and water supply to find the leak and to make sure there are no other leaks. This particular call had a very small leak from the back of a single tub and shower valve handle, dripping behind the escutcheon and face plate. We also replaced the brass Moen cartridge.
Did a great job. Will hire them again for any plumbing project!
I was satisfied with ease of working with Rooter Man. They were on time, work area was left clean and I enjoyed the courteous and efficient manner in which the tech worked. My experience assures I will use them again. Thank you Paul.
Fast and affordable
Started off bad, as he was 40 minutes late for the 2-hour window and I had to call them with 4 minutes left in the window to see if he was going to show up at all. They should have contacted me. He did make it up, but I ended up paying $350 for a toilet re-seal. Seemed expensive, but it was an emergency. Still not sure if I am happy with this or not.
I am sorry that we were late getting to your home. On the day of your appointment we had other jobs that took a bit longer to complete. We apologize for any inconvenience we caused you by the late arrival of our plumber.
Rob was courteous and professional. He completed the project in the estimated time frame and price quoted in the bid. There were no surprises. I would definitely hire this company for any future plumbing projects.
Spoke with Linda on Monday and Paul came out the next morning.Linda was very courteous and helpful with getting me scheduled, very pleasant.Paul repaired our toilet that had been leaking. When he came he put shoe covers on,which I appreciate greatly! He he laid a rug on our bathroom floor to lay his tools on to protect our tile while he worked. He did a fabulous job!!! I would highly recommend Rooter-man
I originally scheduled an appointment for a quote on a job to replace a broken outdoor faucet. When they gave me the quote and said it would only take an hour or so to complete, I have the go ahead as the quote was right about where I figured it would be. When the job got more involved than expected, Rob handled it with no problem.
