Working with the owner of Rooter Man was great. Kept me informed consistently when his arrival would be. Contacted me promptly when we had to change the water heater from the original estimate. Top notch guy, professional, personable. Answered all my questions relative to potential plumbing fixes I was planning on having done. I'd hire this guy again.

I had tried installing a new faucet in my shower to no avail. I called on Monday morning after struggling all weekend and got a call within a minute...literally! The plumber showed up at the time they had told me he would. Also, I was very specific about what needed to be worked on, including the part number. He showed up with the exact part that was needed. He was friendly and explained their pricing before doing any work. He was in and was able to fix the faucet quickly. I would definitely have them back for any plumbing needs.

Thry jmped on the referral rightaway and set up an appointment the next day. Asked for credit card payment before job started and when completed we had to ask for copies of the iinvoice and credit card receipt. The office person was having family medical problems which caused the delay in getting the paperwork, which was not explained until we got the paperwork. I would reccommend them and use them again. We live out of state and they got my rental problem fixed without me making a personal visit.
