Rooter-Man

We did a search for a plumber at 1130pm Sunday night as we had a huge water leak issue that forced us to shut off the main water to the house. I got an email from Rooter-Man within 15 minutes and they were at our house fixing everything the next day! Couldn't be happier!

Great people with a great attitude. Hopefully we won't need a plumber again but if we do they will be the ones we call.

I was surprised that Rooter-Man was quick to respond to my service call in less than 24 hours. I was able to get a fair and honest estimate with every item explained in great detail for any extras needed to complete my gas hot water tank replacement and installation. I also, had the kitchen sink faucet and the garbage disposal replaced too. Both Rob and Paul did an outstanding job replacing these items in my home. Everyone was curtious and informative to include the appointment scheduler. They work quickly and efficiently. They left the work areas spotless. There was no trash left behind. The team that came to our house were professional and explained the extent of the job. When I asked about another issue they looked at the issue, dripping tub faucet, and agreed to fix that during the same visit at a reduce price. I would recommend and use this company again.

The guys were great. And they gave us a military discount. They fixed what a "friend" did and didn't mention it. Customer service was terrific. The lady didn't realize we didn't do texts. She kept answering my emails until we clicked. All done on Thanksgiving. And they were out on Saturday. We can't say enough good things about them. We'll definitely keep the little magnet with their phone number on it. Like them and Home Advisor. They'll always be our first call. Thanks so much.

Rob and Paul actually called on the day of the appointment and stated they could be here even earlier than scheduled.! We told them sure come on because we had not one but two leaks coming from the upstairs bathroom. When they arrived they were very professional, and considerate of our floors, they wore shoe covers the entire time they were in the house. They were honest and upfront with the charges and made sure that we stayed update and exactly what the issue was and how it would need to be repaired. We needed a good plumber fast and so I went on Home Advisor and this is how i found Paul and Rob. The minute I requested their services, Linda sent a text to my phone asking me to call her ASAP that she could get us help right away. Going forward no one but Rob and Paul will be taking care of our plumbing needs. Awesome, Highly Skilled, Extremely Professional, and arrives when you need them. We did not think there were family owned and operated companies like ROOTER-MAN even left? Boy were we wrong. They were very clean and anything and everything was protected and they were very clean. We just can not say enough Awesome things about this family owned company!!!! 5555555555555***************************
