There bid was a fair bid and they were able to get the work done as soon as we accepted the bid. Lynda did an exceptional job getting a hold of us and quickly setting up the appointment. Jared was very professional and informed us along the way if what he was doing.

My hot water heater was leaking badly and had to be replaced. The owner Rob reached out to me on a weekend, I was impressed that he was working so late into the evening. He called a lot of vendors to find the correct size for my older home, his persistence made the repair possible. He sent his son Paul who was so cordial, hardworking and very professional. Now I have a new water heater and most importantly peace of mind. Thank you Rob and Paul for your superb customer service!

Jared was working hard, knew my project needs. Worked a couple install issues seamlessly…of course prices are high…as is everything. However I feel he did all he could inside a business for profit to be in business next month to give me an honest workman’s bid. They contacted me within minutes of my outreach for bids. Family business, I’ll always support over chain operations.. thanks Jared, hope all is good for future plumbing install needs.
