I love this company. They do it all. We have used them for Plumbing, electrical. and random "fix it" projects. They are always on time, courteous and I am glad we found them. They are the best in the business!!

Hired them to do a project and they had to discontinue the job due to the customer being difficult with the project so they halted the project and did not finish. So not sure how the end experience would of gone. Office staff very professional ! Wish they could of just finished the project and move on but we as well had problems with this clients as well. (we subcontracted Pronto).

They did framework on wood that had rotted behind a deck that was getting rebuilt. They did the work quickly, but I know we paid too much.

I thought the rate was a little expensive, but I am extremely pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and results. I actually had several tasks performed and am very satisfied with all of the results. I will definitely use this company again. I had never heard of the company - just found them online, read other customer reviews, and gave Pronto a call. Very satisfied.

We thought we needed flashing on top of a leaking french door or a wooden deck above. Turns out caulk and cleaning out the gutter above did the trick. Pronto adjusted the amount owed down after the scope of the job changed. This was a very positive surprise. They called to follow up on our satisfaction. I told them we really wouldn't know if the fix worked until we got a good hard rain. They said call them back if it is still leaking and they will come out again to fix it. Overall I was very pleased and will use them again for the next project.

    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
