By far the worst customer service. Zachary came out 2 days ago for the estimate. I needed my grout replaced in my tub/shower area due to leaking issues downstairs. Scheduled someone to come out this afternoon. Bear in mind I was told that my shower area needed to dry out completely...no shower use for the next 2 days. Two days later...today...hours before my time window began...get a call...guy has car trouble...can we reschedule for another day? I said no...I have already waited 2 days...I need someone here today or a refund of my deposit. Did not return my call...only found out I had been refunded when I called the company number. Manager Sebastian said they could reschedule for Saturday...2 days later. That would be FOUR days waiting for the Job and another THREE days for the grout to cure BEFORE I could use my shower. I think this speaks for itself...buyer beware...

The first person did not meet my expectations but after I spoke with management they sent another person who agreed the job was not completed appropriately and he finished the job to my satisfaction without any additional cost.
