Untrustworthy. and Untimely. Pronto constantly lied to me throughout the project. They asked me to change the time of my appointment and i when i did, they showed up 3 hours late at the originally scheduled time which caused me to miss work. They negotiated a reduced rate, which they did not honor at the end of the project. Unprofessional. They sent a brand new person to the job, and he had to go do his paperwork before the project. They lied and said he was late because he had to pick up supplies, and when he arrived he left to pick up supplies. They told me it was a one day job, it was a three day job, and i had to be rescheduled twice. They were horrible. If you need a job done well and in a timely fashion from a trustworthy contractor...look elsewhere.

We had a leak coming from our master shower. They sent a "pro" out who told us that the shower needed to have tile grout replaced. He re-grouted our shower and fixed the damage to the ceiling below. The problem is that the grout was NEVER the cause of the leak. We immediately noticed that the water leak was not fixed. It turns out that we had a plumbing issue. We had a difficult time working with this company to get the problem resolved. I would not recommend them.

Disappointed in communication in regards to certain things about the fence repair that I wanted fix, I reached out to Pronto for someone to come out to the residence through voicemail and text and I received no response
