Pronto Home Repairs

I was pleased with the person who did the work and the communication. The only comment I would like to make as a suggestion is the estimated time to complete the work was not completely accurate--no fault of the person doing the actual work--but more the person who estimated the project.

The sales rep and contractor were very professional. The quality of work was excellent. The issue I have is regarding responsiveness after the work was done. I told the sales rep that they had provided the wrong invoice/work order in setting up the work. Sale rep assured me the contractor would have the correct one when he arrives to perform the work. I showed the contractor the areas that needed repairing. I just assumed the sales rep had done his job. My mistake. The contractor never showed me the work order. He ask me to sign for the work he performed. The screen on his phone was broken so I could only see the box and nothing else. Once I received the emailed invoice, of course it was the wrong work order. I contracted the sales rep and 3 days has passed and I have not heard anything from him. So, I am little disappointed with Pronto regarding responsiveness.

They were very professional and organized in setting up the appointment, but they were 3 hours late to come fix my door without notice when I had to go to work and one hour late for the initial evaluation. Which is a little embarrassing considering their service is called PRONTO. The door also is a bit hard to close so I think I would have desired better workmanship in that regard but otherwise it looks and works great.

Never finished. This could have been so simple but it turned into a disappointing business decision. I complained about the person who worked at my home but nothing ever was addressed. I'm left with a bad taste for Home Advisors & all I wanted was completion. M.N

A total ripoff! Very disorganized. We were charged over $200 for a 36" cut piece of cheap wood for a threshold that was put in with ugly screws. Our worker was very nice though. They asked for our credit card up front. Then we never got a list of charges before they asked us to sign off on the work that was done. Would never, ever use them again.

Very professional in the way they deal with the customer. And the worker that was sent to do the work, Enver Cukovich, was fabulous! Congenial, strong, and skillful in his work. Clean up after the work was great. Will be using ProntoPro going forward and have already recommended them to a friend looking for a handyman, and even suggested my friend ask for Enver!
