Work completed ahead of time.

It is a rental house. Tenants said issue was not resolved. Company seemed friendly, but getting the work done is key. That apparently did not happen.

Couldnt install shower door but the faucet looks great.

I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and attention to quality and detail received from Tim for this project. I had a challenging job, and he stayed with it, going the extra mile. I appreciate this level of service, as it is rare these days. I will definitely call on Pronto for my next project.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to do business with Pronto. I scheduled an appointment online one evening for a couple of days out, and was called first thing the next morning to advise of a same-day cancellation. Alvin showed up early to the appointment and finished the job perfectly and within the time previously discussed. The same day, I received a call to confirm I was happy with the job. I will definitely use Pronto again and wholeheartedly recommend them .

The guy came a little early and did a great job cleaning up after patch work.

The repairman arrived on time. Started work immediately, didn't stop till he was finished. He did an outstanding job, fixed the large hole in the wallboard , replaced the drywall and skirting board so perfectly that its hard to see where the repair was made. After he finished he cleaned up and even borrowed our vacuum cleaner to vacuum the whole area. He was courteous, professional and looked real neat in his Pronto uniform. I would certainly him him and Pronto anytime I have some work done in my house. Thank You Alvin for a job well done.

The first man did not do a good job on the ceiling, he did a good job under the sink, replacing rotted wood and found mold and fixed it all.. The second man fixed the ceiling perfectly all for a lot of money.
