Write a ReviewVery Professional, Was there when agreed on. Finished quickly for the price quoted and cleaned up after the job. Great job very satisfied.
The service guy arrived early and was pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about door repairs.
They were here on time started working right away. Moved a very large and heavy chandelier from bedroom to dining room. Hung a new Chandelier in bedroom hung new door in bedroom Installed new electrical outlet in kitchen. Very good work. Nice and polite. Would call again and would refer to my friends
Customer service was fantastic and very prompt in responses.
Did a fine job on the repair. Final bill was about two hundred dollars more than the estimate. There were no complications in the repair to justify this departure from the estimate, in fact the repair was a little simpler than explained to me in the original estimate. Customer service was polite but not factual in terms of the estimate.
Fixed a hole in my ceiling. Prompt response. Arrived on time and finished job quickly. No mess
We hired general handyman services including installation of keypad dead bolts. Summary - worker sent to do work was unable to complete because of overbooking and inappropriate job assignments. Because of their ineffective scheduling I nearly lost an expensive tire, am paying a locksmith to redo work and am losing a vacation day to sit around supervising because their site manager isn't doing the job. For those interested, details follow 1. Handyman arrived 1.5 hrs late. He had not seen a keypad deadbolt before but cheerfully installed it. The key works mechanically but the electronic keypad does not turn the lock. The company states it is a communication problem. I need to enter a code. Duh. Yes. I know. Code entered, lock spins in a circle without locking and code doesn't unlock. So. I've called a locksmith to install the rest of the keypads and to fix this keypad. (Note, the locksmith is no more expensive than the handyman and will key all locks to the same key). They removed the charge from the charges which is very nice but it still doesn't work and I'm taking time to find someone who will fix it. Today screws from the work done on the door to the garage next to my car were found under one of my car's thin high performance tires. An accident but careless, potentially expensive and preventable if the company would give the workers enough respect and allow them more time to do the job. 2. The language barrier was extreme and I don't mind language barriers at all. I'm quite used to them which may be why I make sure what I said is understood. If I hadn't verified verbal feedback, I wouldn't have noticed very few words were actually understood. While the employee was installing door knobs, the field manager arrived then left with minimal conversation (likely because of the language barrier). He also left without speaking with me and without ensuring the worker knew what to do. Thus a non working electronic keypad. 3. Because of the ineffective communication and lack of supervision from the field manager I've now reschedule my appointments at work tomorrow because I feel I need to take a vacation day tomorrow to be there to supervise instead of delegating the role to someone else. Expensive for me and very inconvenient. 4. Today the storm door was supposed to be installed. Although a 2 hr. window was given for arrival, late again. When I called to ask re arrival time, they thought the person might be there in an hour (no promises). I cancelled because it was very possible someone might come to start working on a project at dinner (scheduled time 1-3). So - the big question is; will they try to charge me $199 for a cancellation that is less than 24 hours (per information on their site). 3. One person for multiple small jobs so work is scheduled over a couple days and totally unreliable times. 3. Customer service, they don't get it. Yes, they didn't charge for work I'm not satisfied with but they aren't replacing my time and have done
Pronto Pro " professionally " installed a New Attic Door & Stair Unit, as a Full Replacement of our 67 year old Original Attic Door & Stair Unit. Pronto Pro did an outstanding job for us, and we are completely satisfied with their high quality & standards in the work place. They truly deserve 5 Stars out of 5 Stars, which is what we rate them at. We will certainly recommend them, to our family, friends, and our great neighbors! Rosany, Co-ordinator, & Dio Silva, the Primary Team Installer, are great people to work with, very friendly, fastidious, courteous, & totally efficient, from start to full completion and are very worthy of their company's recognition, and praise!
