The repair guy gave me after care advice for the door.

I rate them as 5 stars because the technician looked at the job and told me I did not need to have the stop cut out and replaced. He noted that the spot was dry, asked me when I first noticed it and if it had gotten any worse.... He said a simple Kilz application followed by painting the ceiling would take care of the problem. He saved me a lot of money. So instead of doing that job, I went through my check list of projects and I had him do another job from my list. I appreciate honesty and I realized it cost the company something to send him out, so if I could have him do another job on my list, we all would win. He did a nice job in replacing two toilets I wanted to upgrade to low flow...

My workman was prompt, and skilled in what I needed repaired. He tried to keep my material charges reasonable I was amazed at how good my drywall repair looked when he was done. I thought surely it would take a couple of days but it was only 2-3 hours.

I hired them because I couldn't get a response from a contractor I'd worked with previously. Their response was immediate and they were upfront about what the job entailed. It was done within 48 hours, after I'd already waited months.

They are very quick to respond to estimates and the more information you give them the better. The technician was on time and did the work quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. He was very friendly and personable.

Very pleased with their flexibility to meet my schedule and the quality of their work. One person repaired both stairway Bannister and did tile repair. I also appreciated their phone calls and emails confirming scope of work and appointment time. The price for their services was high, but I was willing to pay because of MY limited timeframe.
