Super professional process from end-to-end. Very prompt response on the quote, gave a clear and accurate quote, got me on the schedule quickly and sent out a great pro. Joseph R did an amazing job, was very open to explaining what he was doing along the way, gave important post care maintenance tips and was an all round pleasure to work with. For quick/smaller projects I’m keeping these guys as a favorite pro!

I cannot evaluate work quality because I became ill and had to cancel within their 24 hour window. Though I expected to pay a cancellation fee, I think 199 is excessive. Then they charged my card 200. Would not hire again nor recommend because of this. This form requires rating quality so please ignore.

Called the company and they came out and gave me an estimate, I thought was a little expensive but they appeared very professional. They estimated it would take 1.5 days. On they day of, they sent 1 guy, to do a 2 man job, also he was a subcontractor. I thought Pronto was a company that did the work themselves, not so. The job took 3 days because It was a 2 man job but they only sent 1 guy (who they subcontracted out to)Had to call them back twice within a month to correct issues with the job. I gave them 5 stars on customer service because they were very responsive. But for the amount of money I paid for deck railing, the work was very sub par.

They sent over a tech to review the work but did not do any repairs. Then a few days later they sent someone that saw the job needed and did a job that they had not quoted. They should of just send a handyman that can get the job done, so as to not waste peoples time.

I hired them to an outdoor door replacement and add an exterior door to my crawlspace that was an interior door. The work completed in less than 6hrs. I purchased and picked up the doors then set up the work. Scheduling was super easy, and they were flexible. Saturday work was perfect for me. The ease of setting up the service is worth any of the shortcomings. If you are high maintenance and want them to do everything for you then you must spell that out up front.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
