The work was done just as I requested and the price was a fair one, not too low or too high. Two doors were replaced and one entire casing and door was also replaced. They are cleanly done and ready for me to paint. I would hire again.

I received an estimate for soffit repair and replacement and to replace the corner trim on one portion of the home. When I accepted the estimate, I was asked for my credit card number. On the e mail, it stated that the card would not be charged until the job was completed. The repair person came out and repaired the soffit vent and fascia and took off the corner trim and destroyed it leaving it on the ground along with some other debris. He then stated that he had to order the corner trim because Home Depot didn't have it and he could complete the job the next day. He then said he had a problem because he would have to order more than my job required. Then Christian said that he would have to check with the operations manager. This was on a Friday. Saturday and Sunday rainstorms were predicted leaving that corner of the house vulnerable to the elements since the siding was not protected and the wood corner was exposed. Then he said that it would take two weeks to get the corner trim. The next day, my credit card was run even though the work was not completed. It still has not been completed. I would never hire them for anything again. I am totally disappointed.
