Reviews
Write a ReviewMake sure to be very specific with what you want. They were unable to complete part of the work because they were not able to obtain parts. I wasn't told this until they showed up to do the work.
They charged me for work that was never done. Difficult to get hold of, very unresponsive.
Professional job and good advice. Done on time and well.
Read the fine print. The quote I received did not include the material needed to do one part of the job. He had to go get the bottom weatherstrip and I was charged extra for that. I thought it was already included in the quote along with the other materials.
They are prompt and dependable, I hired them to repair several drywall seams. When I had painters in 2 weeks later, they had to repair the same seams before painting, adding to the cost of the paint job.
Work is just terrible. I thought these were to be skilled professionals. Job looks like hell.
I am an out of town home owner that trusted this company because I thought HomeAdvisor reviews were an effective way to choose a service provider. I needed fence repair and a light fixture properly affixed that was not flush on the wall. The contract employee quoted me prices that I thought was too high. Even after probing for good reason why the light fixture work was $250, I initially cancelled both jobs. I received texts from the contractor asking me why I didn't hire them and who I hired and what was the price. After feeling bad I decided to give him the job. Ultimately, he sent someone else to do the job. When it was complete, I asked how much would be the final price. He quoted $250 but my credit card was charged over $300. In addition to overcharging me, they performed services that I did not ask for. They replaced, rather than repairing the light fixture. What's more, they took my previously working light fixture. Having called them and presented my issues with the service experience, they have put me off time after time. Repeatedly promising to call me back and make a resolution. This is all while I am still out of town. Two weeks have gone from this date and no resolution. I would be very careful with this company. I do not understand how they are a trusted Home Advisor provider. I do not know how they have a high rating. I suspect they have people to write high rated reviews for them. I do not know how they have a BBB "A" rating as all of their reviews are complaints and have negative result. In addition, their business name does not show up in a search in the Georgia Secretary of State Business search. They appear to be evading proper corporate existence in the state of Georgia. There is no name "Pronto" on the Georgia Secretary of State Business search affiliated with any address listed here. Their Better Business Bureau profile lists Little Chicken LLC as an alternate business name but no names or addresses affiliated with Pronto on Home Advisor nor the Better Business Bureau are listed on the Secretary of State's website under Little Chicken LLC. BE VERY CAUTIOUS with this provider! Home Advisor should not allow this company to be a trusted provider if Home Advisor wants to be trusted.
Rich- sorry to hear about your experience! Our goal here at Pronto is to make home ownership hassle-free. Clearly that wasn't the case here. Our GM will be reaching out to you to discuss this. We will speak to you soon.
Stacy was wonderful! Courteous and professional. Very pleased.
Terrible experience. Completely misled regarding the repair to our ceiling assuring me color matching wouldnÂ’t be an issue.. as you can see in the photo it was a huge issue. The only option they gave to correct the sheisty work was to come back out for another $300. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
the original person who was to evaluate the problem, did not bother to understand it. He sent a technician with inadequate information and no way to make the repairs. I paid $250.00 and lost a morning's work, only to be told he could not handle my problem
