PRONTO was prompt, courteous, skilled and awesome!

I had several small projects including the installation of a new range hood so I tried out Pronto. They came to my house very quickly. They discussed the scope of the work before the timer started. They gave me an estimate of the time it would take. I accepted the job and a few hours later my whole punch list was completed. The worker was extremely nice, professional, and cleaned up after his work. A wonderful experience!

I used Pronto for some miscellaneous projects my mother in-law needed done. She needed an IKEA storage unit put together and some wooden shelves installed above her dresser. These had been on my to-do list and I just couldn't get to them. Pronto was the answer and the help I (and my mother in-law) needed. I dowloaded the app onto my phone. The user interface is intuitive and extremely easy-to-use. Within minutes I scheduled a Pronto pro to arrive at my mother in-law's apartment. She was overjoyed that finally she would have her storage unit and shelves done. She was extremely pleased on the service and work. Here is the feedback I received from her: The Pronto Pro technician arrived exactly when communicated. He was professional and extremely courteous. He demonstrated to her when he would be clocking in (apparently the clock doesn't start until all introductions are made, etc. -- which is pretty cool). He worked the entire time. He brought his own tools (including chop saw for the shelf moulding). He was clean -- wore shoe covers when entering the apartment and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. When he was finished showed that he was clocking out. So as far as value is concerned, I think Pronto service is fairly priced all things considered. It saves a lot a time and headache. It probably would have taken me triple the time it took the pro (I would have forgotten a tool, or needed to go buy one, measured wrong, etc. -- not to mention that IKEA shi...stuff which includes a few expletives not meant for my mother in-law's ears). And trying to find reliable handy persons hasn't worked out either. They are too busy, don't want to take small jobs, or just never show up. We've given up on them. Furthermore, the time it takes to find a good one, call references, vetting, scheduling, waiting for them to arrive, etc. -- Pronto takes care of all of that! Pronto was a great solution and experience for my mother in-law and myself. My mother in-law says she putting together her next to-do list. Some of it I'll take care of and some it I'll leave for Pronto.

Pronto was fantastic. The professional not only understood the task ( mount a very large piece of glass on the wall) but had great insight on how to do it. He was very clean, professional and did an amazing job! I can't wait to use them again!

Pronto was great! Our pro was clean, professional, and did great work. We had a long punch list from after we moved into our new house. Everything from fixing a shower faucet, hanging curtain rods, touch up paint, patching dings in the drywall, fixing the fence, building a bench seat in a bay window, hanging blinds, fixing doors, attic door install, child proofing, picture hanging, and the list goes on. Pronto was awesome!
