Don't give "cash" tip as it is added to credit card bill All work completed professionally minus a doorplate for my lock. Arrived promptly. Cleaned up their own mess efficiently. Good job. Will use them again.

I needed to quickly replace a sliding glass door that was smashed during a break in. I contacted Pronto through Home Advisor on Friday. The work was completed on Saturday. Great customer service and workmanship.

They sent someone to my house THREE times to put up a stair railing. Not once did they bring the wood rail! Needless to say, we did not get the rail. They kept telling me that the parts were on order, it's been weeks. I will NEVER use these people.

Very prompt in scheduling someone to come out to raise entrance of fence to accommodate new pathway that was installed. Did an excellent job and I would definitely rehire.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. HIRED THEM TO FIX A FENCE AFTER IRMA - THEY WERE DISHONEST ABOUT THEIR COSTS AND GOUGED US ON THE PRICE. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!
