Billing was not charged in a commensurate manner for what was completed. Charged more for a simple frame in then for full replacement of new frames and new doors. Invoicing was incorrect and had to be worked through multiple times. No assistance or additional support was provided. Attempted to try to charge for extra laborers who were never on-site. Will not recommend or use Pronto ever in the future.

Told rep that I had an old mortise lock on a front door that the inside knob fell off. When the young guy got here, he didn't know anything about mortise locks and wanted to replace the whole lock. They have a minimum charge to come out. So I had two kick plates installed on another door. I wouldn't have asked them to come out if I would have known the young guy that was sent didn't know Anything about my problem. I think this is another company that I've gotten on this site that subcontracts their work out to another company. I went with intown craftsmen and they sent a handy man out that took care of my problem very cheaply with a hourly rate. And worked hard the whole time. Thanks, Eric

I have a tenant in this home and the tenant advised on results. I would hire them again as they were ontime, completed the work quickly and solved the issue the tenant had with the door

I called Pronto home repairs, spoke with someone instantly, they came out the very next day (on a saturday) and fixed/repaired/painted my ceiling in no time. Loved the professionalism of the customer service constantly keeping me informed of status. Very good company, Calling them for all house projects.
