After some initial scheduling issues, we were able to get them out to the house to install a new slab front door. We had gotten previous quotes ranging from $500-1000 to install this door...CRAZY. I was so pleasantly surprised when they quoted $279, and that is exactly what it was. Our handyman worked through the day in awful rain and cold and got it done. We will definitely hire them again for future needs

I had some repairs needed due to a leaking shower. The work was done well and the price was good. The laborer that completed the work broke a glass table top while working and stated he would return with replacement glass, which he has not done. I did note the damage when I completed the survey the day the work was finished. There was a dumpster dropped for the project that is still sitting outside my home nearly 2 months later. I have tried to send messages through HomeAdvisor with no response from the company. I was really happy with the work but the customer service is definitely lacking.

I was able to get an estimate the day after contacting them and a gentleman was out the day after the estimate to do the repair. He arrived in the time frame I was given and was very professional. The repair was higher than the estimate, but I have an older house and that was not unexpected. I was kept informed during the process. I anticipate using this company in future for some additional repairs.

I am not sure how Pronto Pro received a score of 4.7 before I hired them to weather stripped my windows and doors. 2 weeks later and windows have not been done but they billed my credit card the full amount and not returning my calls. Very disappointed with Taylor and Sebastian who promised someone would call me back. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and will notify BBB net. I am just thankful they did not have access to my checking account!!!?
