were unable to correct the hang of the door. didnt assess the problem correctly, just shimmed the door, but didnt reinstall the plates and had to come back. then when it wouldnt close, gouged into the frame to force harware to fit, and sanded. techincally it does kind of latch now, but it's stuck now and has a crack and in worse shape than before it just needed to be rehung, since the problem was the frame, not the door. paid $185 for them to break my door. im sure they have expertise at something, just not this. never signed off on the service, but was charged anyway never heard back from customer service

I hired them to do a couple projects I had been putting off so there was list, Pronto was easy to schedule and work with. Luis was on time, very pleasant and got right to work. His work was great!

Pronto was easy to work with! They showed up on time and were clean and courteous. Quality of work was right on too. Not easy to find this day and age!

I had hired Pronto to repair the ceiling drywall below a bathroom, when they came out, we noticed water still leaking. We rescheduled and the worker was very pleasant. They came out the next week and did a great job repairing the ceiling, The were prompt and cleaned up well after the project was complete.

The job was simple: remove closet shelves, plug the holes, sand, and paint. I get that the paint didn't match (it's been there for several years) but it is not clear to me why the wall isn't smooth. Every hole where the screws once were either has a divot or a lump. Perhaps the job was too small and the company didn't take it seriously because my walls look like a joke. Disappointing. Very disappointing.

I asked for estimate to finish basement and never got it, even do I was charged to do estimate, bc contractor did it within the time I was paying for labor .He changed 2 shower heads for 140$ that's a bit expensive!!!!
