Initially when the project was finished, there were somethings done incorrectluy. Generally that would be a pain point and stressor on a home fix project. however the guys at pronto kept with the warranty and followed through on repairing what wasnt done correctly initially. And they far exceeded expectations. Hiring contractors to do home repairs is easy but follow through when something goes wrong is very difficult to find. These guys did the work, followed through to make things right when necessary and didn't leave the customer hanging. Thanks for nice work done and nice follow up. I would definitely recommend these guys for your project.

Needed several hardy plank siding boards replaced on the side of our home. Taylor case out quickly and gave us an estimate and Viktor did the work. The work was excellent quality. Cost was a bit higher than what we expected but we needed the work done quickly. We’d definitely use their services again.

Taylor and Devonte were great to work with. They came when they said they would. The repair work was excellent. I would highly recommend their business.

The work that was done on the arch was not what I contracted for. They were supposed to remove, replace and repaint the moulding. However, it was nailed, caulked, sanded and repainted with the paint that I supplied. The caulking in the kitchen was perfect, the young man who did the work was very pleasant and he did clean up before he left. In addition to being charged for work that was not done, Pronto Home Repairs charged my credit card for the balance without my permission and did not respond to my email prior to sending somebody out to the house. I will never use this company again for anything!

Very thorough and really detailed.

I didn't notice before signing off on the work, but my gate didn't close flush after it was rehung. It's still easier to open and it's not terribly noticeable, but I do notice it.
