They charged me $750 to install 3 can lights in a closet and replace to existing outdoor sconces that were already wired. Then the sheetrock was left damaged and unsightly. When I called to see if they were coming back to finish the job, I was told the sheetrock repair was not included and it would be a new work order, extra charge. Yes their paperwork did say, as a last line item that the sheet rock wasn't included but I feel they should have verbally told me and asked if I wanted to include this. I would never have agreed to the exhorbitant amount for a partially executed job.

Outstanding customer service! Rosany was very prompt with several quotes, very informative and super friendly. Victor rang the doorbell at the exact time he was due. He did an excellent job and kept me informed along the way. I will definitely use Pronto again.

The Job performed by Victor of Pronto is very professional. The staff of the company recommended by Home Advisor is the most deceitful to ever inhabit the earth. The initial quote provided was not true to the description of the job provided. The scheduler, Christian Rodriquez, called unexpectedly 9 days earlier than our documented agreement and time to reschedule, to which I reluctantly agreed. The repairman, Victor, arrived moments later. The job required equipment that he did not have with him. He left with the agreement to speak to Christian. He returned hours later to complete the job with the correct equipment, without notice to me. The job was completed within 15 minutes. I called Christian to determine the cost of the completed work and was given a quote that was unacceptable to me. After 10 minutes of haggling, Christian stated that I had the wrong date and time. He would not discount the charge just because I accommodated a prior canceled job by someone else, then relented and obtained a pittance of a discount by his manager. I have not received a written invoice with a descriptor of the work provided and the charges incurred. Will not be using Home Advisor or Christian again

Over priced and amateur workmanship. They tried to charge me $93 to screw 3 screws into my wooden bannister. Also was told that because tub drain was broken I needed a whole new tub.
