Tony H was excellent. I had him fix rotted soffit on the second story. He found some additional rot on trim and facia which he fixed as well. Unfortunately he found a wasp nest but we managed to get rid of them as well. Looks great. Beside and ask for Tony H.

Someone came out and gave me a quote of approximately $600.00 for labor and materials. I only needed the equivalent of 5 long boards (16ft boards) but I was charged for 9 because of some mix up. When I agreed to hire them, I was told they'd take away the debris. That didn't happen and the job cost me almost $900.00 even though I was told they'd credit me with The $100 credit they'd charged to my card the previous day! That didn't happen either! So, my Amex is currently reflecting charges totaling $964.49 over the two transactions! While I was on the phone complaining about the lack of transparency in their billing, I heard my power washer firing up! I went down into my garage and saw that their worker had helped himself to my tools and was washing the nails and debris from the deck overhead out into the street. I stopped him and asked what he thought he was doing!! I couldn't believe my eyes! This guy did good work, but he, like this company lack customer skills. This company intentionally engages in double speak and circular logic and deliberately fails to inform their prospective customers of the true charges they are about to incur and they stick it to you in the end. Home Advisor would be well served to drop them!

Hi Douglas, sorry to hear about your experience! We apologize for the less than excellent experience. Clearly we failed on a few fronts here and have learned from this experience. Regarding the concerns of double speak, we pride ourselves in our transaperency, and that's why all of our quotes detail out the labor cost and scope of work, and the estimated materials budget. Our estimators go over those quotes with you in person, so you have an accurate amount before agreeing to move forward and schedule the work. In your case, there was some confusion during the job and additional boards were added to your work order, but, after discussing with our Operations Team, those changes were reverted back to your original price and scope. Your final invoice shows a labor charge of $656.73 (the original agreed upon amount- for five deck boards replaced and the area painted), a material cost of $287.76 and $20 tip which equals $964.49. Your initial deposit of $100 + the final payment of $864 = $964. Again, we apologize for any pricing confusion and appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to learn from this.

  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
