I wasn't particularly happy with the technician service. I felt like he was very slow and didn't seem to have all the tools handy, so he had to go out to the truck a couple of times. Which impacts the fee as I was charged by the hour. I also wasn't pleased in the hooks used in particular for one of the mirrors. All in all I could have done this job. The only thing required this service was 1 of my mirrors. Also he should have taken off for the time he took to walk back and forth for tools.

I was never called before my appointment and both days the contractor was late. My contractor was very nice and did a decent job. After putting up some vinyl tiles at least one did come loose. Cleanliness could be better. I'm satisfied with getting things done but value for the money isn't great. There is a lack of attention to details.

The only thing they didn't tell us upfront was that it was a two-step process repairing the sheetrock. They have to come back to sand and paint.

Quoted a repair that was way more than necessary, which pushed the price above their minimum charge. Didn't tell us there was a minimum. Actual repair took 15 minutes, but still charged quoted price.

    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
