Scheduling the original consultation was very simple and very quick turnaround. Taylor was very well organized, friendly and professional. The bid came back quickly and we were scheduled and getting the work done very quickly. Stacey was the pro on our project and he was excellent. I am very well pleased with their work and will call them again if another project beyond my capabilities comes up.

In this review I wish to separate the person who did the actual work from the contractor Pronto. Pronto was prompt and efficient in lining up and completing the job. The actual work was excellent. However, after contacting Pronto for an item I was charged and not repaired due to oversight, I received no response or adjustment to my bill. Actually, it took 3 requests to receive a final invoice. Upon receiving the invoice, I asked about an unexplained invoice charge and I was never contacted. I have given ample time for a response but to no avail.
