Pronto Home Repairs

Pronto Home Repairs have great customer service, but they are grossly overpricing their service. They charged me twice as much as they needed for a job that was extremely simple and quick. In addition, they take your credit card details (as guarantee only they say), but then you find out if you cancel they will charge your card!! Beware of this service provider. I will never use them again.

My husband hired Pronto once before with excellent results. My experience was also great! I will call them again soon.

Work looks great from what I see. We have a home owners assoc. and driving by I can tell the trim work looks great and is blended in. I dont care about so many emails and texts I got prior to and after the job. They could limit those.

This did not go well. Needed cement repairs to a flagstone patio. Another pro needed to come out and spend a day trying to get rid of the extra cement that was slathered on the stones. It is acceptable now, but had to 'waste' a day for the redo.

Very responsive administratively; quality work performance on the job - some miscommunication about whether wood was to be painted or not, but --- in the end, a quality job but at what is a very high price per hour. Nearly $300 for less than 2 hours of work is more than one would pay for a licensed journeyman plumber or electrician - and this work was for replacement of some 2 x 4s.

The people that are sent out needs to be screened supervised and the worked needs to be inspected. I will never deal with Pronto Home services again. They also don't return phone calls.
