They repair water-damaged door frame. The damage was not as extensive as I initially thought and the charge was appropriate. The worker was took time to repair and he was very polite.

The guys from Pronto went above and beyond! They replaced window sills and part of our door frame which were suffering from wood rot - some of which required more extensive work than we thought. They stood by their advance quote for labor costs and only added the actual cost of supplies as they told us up front. They arrived when they said they would and put in 2 FULL days' work. Workers Hector, Juan and a third who's name I didn't get - were extremely courteous and friendly and the quality of their work was great. I am recommending their services to my boss. **Beware of the estimate. Not set in stone.** Was transferred over to the same office manager twice. They refused an in-person estimate 4 times, and did not want pictures or otherwise - and quoted me $371. Materials not included, labor only. After the person came to do the work, they said the estimate was not good. He gave me a solid pricing of $990! They refused to change pricing except if the labor ended up being shorter than expected. The first day, only one guy was there for 2.5 hours, and the second day there were two of them. they worked no more than from 8-3, with one guy being over an hour late. When I asked the customer service about lowering my bill because of how long they were there, they said altogether they were there 20 hours. After an entire weekend I still haven't received a text with my warranty information, or my receipt. They refused to even try to find an answer to help me saying "that's the way it is", and saying that I shouldn't have gone with them if I didn't think it was a fair price. I have no complaints on the workers, or the work done. I am not in believing that the practice for their estimates, or labor costs are effective for what work was done for my project.
