Customer service was great. The technician was eager and competent; however, he was difficult to understand. One project remains unfinished due to the unavailability of parts, and customer service is working to address this matter. Another small project wasn't fully addressed by the technician, although we both thought it was. The follow through on the last task may very well increase my rating.

I needed a section of 6' wooden privacy fence replaced after a bad storm. Pronto was quick and friendly with scheduling a repairman. The repairman was prompt and courteous, and offered a couple solutions, one which was slightly expensive than my estimate but which was a better option. He did great work. A day or so later, another guy came by to pick up the broken fence parts. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

I will never, ever use Pronto again. They failed to diagnose a leak in my house for months and didn't seem to care. Here's my story. They first came out in November 2016 because I had a leak in my house that needed to be found and fixed. Their repair person said he fixed it. In January 2017, I noticed a leak in the same place in my house. Pronto sent out someone. This guy said he really fixed it. In March 2017, I noticed a leak in the same place in my house. Pronto scheduled an appointment. My wife stayed home from work to meet the contractor. They didn't show up. If you miss an appointment with them, their policy states, "A cancellation/rescheduling fee of $199 will apply for all appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time." If they miss an appointment? Too bad for you. They say "maybe we could come another time" and that's it. Then they decided to refund my money since they couldn't fix the problem. Since Pronto failed me, another contractor came out the same week, diagnosed and fixed the actual problem, and all is well. Except that I had a leak in my house since November, lost money and time repairing my ceiling multiple times, and Pronto didn't keep their word and show up for a scheduled appointment. Terrible service. I don't recommend them.
Initially the gentleman in the office was slow to understand the requested work to be done and to quote it appropriately. When the technician came, he did an excellent job on the repair work and completed the additional work which had been requested but not quoted. All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you!

We repaired Brenda's deck on her mobile home. When all of the work was complete our billing team attempted to collect payment but to no avail. At the time of this review, we have not been able to contact Brenda or collect payment.
