I hired them to correct a deck issue of the previous builder not placing flashing along the deck ledger board. They originally quoted me cost to add flashing as well as removal and replacement of the piece of siding against the ledger board. Once the worker was onsite he and I mutually agreed that there was no need to replace the piece of siding since there wasn't any rot. The worker placed the flashing and left. So I was still charged with the full quoted cost of removing and replacing the siding that never happened. I emailed them to ask if costs should change and they responded with an addition question. I responded back and haven't hear anything since. I have tried to call numerous times and I have also left voicemails with no one returning my call. Will not use them again! BEWARE!

Rapid service delivery with no surprises

We had a very good experience with Punch Renovations LLC. The contractor, Raul Oliveros, sat down with us to understand exactly what we wanted. They completely rebuilt the flooring and support of our front porch, installed a moister barrier underneath, and painted. The workers were very reliable and personable. They did a very good job, and finished in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable. Raul returned at the end of the project, and make sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely hire them again! Grateful!
