I recently had no hot water and couldn’t get the pilot light to stay lit. Joe walked me through some trouble shooting and a last resort option that worked. I hired him to install a new water heater and he was kind enough to suggest I could wait because I got it working; until we discovered it was 34 years old. They were on time, professional, helpful, respectful, and took their time to educate me on the new technology. Their customer service is outstanding! They underpriced their competitors but honestly, I would have hired them even if they hadn’t. No one else took their time to help me rectify my situation, so it wasn’t an emergency situation, and the job could be scheduled a couple of days later. As a single mom who’s having other areas of the house renovated, due to water damage, I truly appreciated him trying to save me money. It’s nice to see old fashioned customer service still exists! Thank you!

We will definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They did not raise their price due to the high demand after the flooding. They arrived on time and the installers were very professional. They cleaned up the mess and took the time to explain how the new water heater worked.
