Joe called back immediately on a Sunday night which surprised us. He told us about the company and was very proud of the work they do. He walked us through getting the correct water heater and was kind enough to come in the very next day. The work was done very professionally and everything was cleaned up when Joe left. Friendly, helpful, kind and professional. We would definitely recommend Premier Water Heaters!

I had 2 water heaters go bad at 2 different properties in one week. I am currently overseas and the communication between Joe, myself, and a different individual at each property to ensure each water heater was installed quickly was outstanding. With me not being there to oversee the installs and see if there were issues made the set price install very comforting. I know that one of them was pretty straight forward and the other required some significant repiping but I didn't have to worry about getting a crazy bill after the fact. Overall a great business model supported with good communication and quality work. Would definitely recommend Premier Water Heaters to others in need of a replacement.

I wish I could give them more stars! We had bad luck with a faulty water heater (not their fault) and they were here two days in row to make sure we had hot water. Very responsive and helpful. Overall friendly, professional, timely and finished the work on budget. Can t say enough good things.

Premier Water Heaters is a top of the line company for water heater installation. Their customer service is above and beyond. I submitted a request for quote through homeadvisor to 3 companies. Joe called me within 5 minutes of my submission. He took the time to explain his costs and the process, and answer all my questions. From the time Joe and I first connected through the installation, he was on top of his communications, no matter the time of day. He provided very helpful guidance on selecting a water heater as well. For the installation Joe and Gina (his wife) were so nice and very personable. They are a great team working together! After the installation one of my faucets got clogged, which had nothing to do with the quality of work Joe and Gina did, it was a fluke, but Joe stayed longer to try to resolve the faucet issue, but was unable due to my faucet needing a special tool to remove the aerator. The next day Joe followed up to see how everything was going and also offered to mail and extra tool he had to remove the aerator. Joe is very professional and super friendly and does exceptional work. If you don't use Premier Water Heaters, you went with the wrong company!!! Thank you Joe and Gina!!!! :)

Excellent from start to finish. Very unique business model, explained what i should expect and what might, could happen. Joe and crew, did not leave until they answered all of my follow up questions. It was great knowing that whatever the install, however long it took, it would b the same price. He even replaced some of the feeds/pipes all for same price quoted.
