After I received the plumbing permit, Premier Services provided next day pick-up, delivery, installation, and hauled away my old heater. They were on time, did quality workmanship, and cleaned up after the installation. If you need a new water heater I would certainly recommend you consider Premier.

These folks were great. Sent an inquiry on Friday night. Got a response from the owner within 15 minutes. I explained my situation, got a quote that night. Fantastic (but legitimate) price and had the new heater installed Monday. The installer was friendly and professional. Can t recommend enough.

I initially called back in March of last year inquiring what it would cost to replace my water heater. I'd gotten quotes from 2 other plumbers/ plumbing companies. Premier Services contacted via phone then via text. Very, very easy to communicate with, and they kept in contact with me at least twice within the last year, but not in an annoying or pushy way. Their quote was at least $300 cheaper than the other competitors. Still with quality product, Rheem. They also offered a lot of varieties with different warranty options. Jim installed my new water heater, very nice man. Kept me in the loop of how things were going with taking out the old heater (I like to know these things). Was in and out in 2 hours. It's so nice to have hot water again!! Would definitely recommend.

I needed a water heater replacement because mine went bad. Went to Home Depot to buy one and get some information. They were slightly helpful but did offer an installation option which I initially chose. Once they told me how much the service was on top of the water heater, I got sticker shock. On top of all that I was not able to use my Home Depot gift card or the veteran discount. So I chose to find a different solution with Premier with Joe. He fully educated me on the heaters and let me choose my own at Home Depot, use my Discount’s and took care of the rest. He picked it up at the store, installed it, and removed the old. He educated me more so on it afterwards as well. Total cost for his service was $380, which was the best I’ve seen especially for top tier service. Excellent. I would definitely recommend his company. Outstanding. Too bad he doesn’t do other plumbing projects types like larger RO install. Very happy with service and choice.
