I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!! Skip the big box stores unless you are doing your own installation. Jim was very quick to respond with the quote and whenever we had a question. He asked for more information than other places - height of unit, a picture of the pipes coming out, and a picture of the tag on the front of the existing water heater. From that he was able to narrow down the best unit for the job. Jim and his colleague were considerate, efficient, and professional. I thought the process would take longer, but they have got it down to a science!! They even cleaned up the floor of water that had been leaking from the old water heater. There are not enough good words to say about this company. Far exceeded our expectations and we were treated 1,000% better than the 2 big box stores we also requested quotes from.

This company is great and Jim was excellent when he installed our new water heater. He was nice, showed up on time, and we already knew the full price before he came. No surprises! That means a lot when we just bought our first house. If you need any work done in your house, give these guys a call!
