Joe from Premier Water Heaters was very good with explaining and communication, and helpful with information. I had obtained some quotes and after comparing their price point couldn't be beat! They worked me into the schedule 3 days early on the install which was very helpful due to the more immediate need to replace. The installer Jim was very polite, professional, and informative, great worker and representative for the company! I would highly recommend Premier for any water heater installation!!!

My water heater needed replacement, and I called several places for estimates, Premier had the best price, they were very thorough explaining my options, and they were able to come the following day! My process start with an unsolicited phone call because of my visit to the HomeAdvisor website. I spoke with Joe who patiently and thoroughly walked me through what the problem was, how it could be handled, what could be done to minimize any damage until I could replace my water heater, and how Premier would work with me to get it done. He then thoroughly , but quite professionally laid out the product and price options available to me and how Premier could get the job done. In fact, I was so impressed with how he was on the phone with me that even though I had already received several estimates prior to our interaction, including one from someone I liked and had worked with before, I decided that Premier was the way to go. I was a bit hesitant that he was not immediately available to do the work, but he assured me that his colleague Jim was equally qualified and capable of getting the job done. He was right and Jim did an excellent job. He was a complete professional with a great attitude and customer interaction and service skills. He was friendly, informative and did the work quickly. He checked the results, cleaned his work area thoroughly and provided me with maintenance tips to help me get the most out of my new water heater. I would highly recommend Premier and have placed them at the top of my Home Service Contact list.

The men who put my water heaters in were so professional so good everything cleaned up they had them in quickly and I highly recommend those two guys
