I am extremely pleased with the customer service experience I had with Premier Water Heaters. I was in a real bind as my water heater was beginning to leak. I have a finished lower level and the potential damage to the space would have been catastrophic. I chose Premier Water Heaters because of their 5 star reviews. Joe responded to my request immediately. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His son's Joe and Conner were very professional, polite, and efficient with the removal and installation. I was given through instructions on how to operate my new water heater. All my questions were answered. I upgraded the tank size with a 12 year warranty for hundreds of dollar below their competitor's price. Thank you gentlemen for a job done amazingly well!!

They installed a replacement gas water heater for a 1956 Sears/Homart that lasted until 5 days ago 8/25/2021. The crews professionalism and knowledge made a difficult easier. I would highly recommend Premier to everyone. They communicate and did the installation and set up the new water heater quickly and efficiently. They were even able to communicate to me the instruction for operating the water heater. I do not know anything about water heaters! I sure knew about my water heater before they left. My husband and I couldnt be happier.
