Joe and his son were very professional. Joe reached out within 30 minutes of receiving request for quote. He explained what they do and what the cost would be. Best price around! I would highly recommend them to replace your hot water heater. Left the place spotless and were in and out in a little less than 2 hours. Very pleased with their work

Great service and very knowledgeable. The price quoted over the phone with a few pictures was the price paid. Totally hassle free!. They contacted me after my internet inquiry almost immediately. The install went great and they went through the operation of the water heater very thoroughly.

Staff was Very helpful in determining best replacement. Work was completed accurately and timely with no mess or fuss. Premier offered a full service replacement and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Value of their services was worth more than I paid. Fantastic quick reply from owner Joel, within 20 minutes of my inquiry to Home Advisor. Joel emailed all water heater options and pricing. I explained I was in another city and setting the job up for my mom. He did not over sell the product options and actually suggested my mom downsize, for the size condo and number of people living there. We set up same day service. Scheduled for between 2-4pm. Tech (Jim) called at 3:20 and said he would be there at 4. Took 1 hour to change out. Jim was polite and congenial with my mother and left the utility closet cleaner than when he got there! Quick, very fair pricing and super courteous all around! HIGHLY recommend this company! 10*â s
