great company they have your back completely I had great service snd very honest people!, Thsnk you Joe and to your dad too!!! I spoke with them lastly at 10:00 at nite they gave me order Sku numbers amounts and where to purchase heater of my choice picked delivered no mess no fuzz and in within 13 hours the following day my heater was installed old one gone snd in hot water again!!! Thank you both who installed!!!!!

They really impressed me how quickly they called me and gave me quotes on multiple water heaters. Even though it wasn't an emergency Joe came the same day and replaced our 21 year old one. Did a fantastic job!

While talking on the telephone Joe gave me details about what type of Water Heater I could go with. I chose the one that best suited my home needs and budget. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and knew Water Heaters as that's his business. They installed it that very same day! Jim, the installer, was also professional, friendly and did a superb job of draining and taking out my 40 gallon 1988 broken down AOsmith Water Heater and installing the new one. Excellent work by Jim installing my new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater. He called when he was on his way and was mindful of taking special care when draining and removing the old water heater bringing the new one in and careful not to damage anything in his pathway. Joe kept in contact with Jim and myself during the installation. This company goes above and beyond service and care and know Water Heaters and your homes needs. Great price, excellent quality! Premier Water Heaters is top notch and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

When I first noticed the leaking water heater, I dreaded the ordeal of getting it replaced. Joe F. contacted me shortly after I requested estimates on HomeAdvisor. The price quoted was fair (the best three estimates) so we scheduled the work. The installer was on time, neat, professional and was done quickly. If only all home projects could be that completed that smoothly. I would recommend Premier Water heaters.
