Service above and beyond. When Jim, my premier installer arrived at my home the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we lost electric service. Jim proceeded to do the installation in the dark. From first contact on Home Advisor to getting new water heater totaled about 21 hours (10pm Tuesday to 7pm Wednesday). Exceptional! Thanks Premier!

A husband and wife team who very personable, asked if I had any questions relative to the installation and then proceeded to install a water heater. They noted a valve that was wearing out and replaced at no additional cost. The old water heater had leaked a little and they cleaned the floor as part of the installation process. I did not expect them to do this. Rate them at 5 stars out of five. I would definitely ask them back to do any future plumbing work. Totally satisfied.

Joe was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, answered all of my questions and the quote and install was easy. Their pricing was the best I found. No hidden costs. Joe and the company even went above and beyond when I was having issues registering my new water heater with the manufacturer. Great service! I would highly recommend.
