Fast communication. Upfront with their prices. Good prices - significantly less than other providers I found. ~$500 in labor (not include heater itself) for regular water heater replace, ~$1500 in labor for conversion from tank to tankless. Short lead time from the deal to when they did install. Professional. My only complaint is they required cash or check and didn't do cards.

The quality of their work was excellent and the cost of the job (replacement of a water heater) was easily the lowest that I could find. Also, their service was timely, professional and friendly. I would like to note that before I had any work done and before I had decided to go with Premier Water Heaters, I wanted someone to explain to me all the pros and cons of my various options for water heater replacement (gas, electric, power vent, hybrid, etc.). So, I really appreciated the fact that Joe was happy to explain to me all of these options in detail.

At the beginning, Joe was very upfront about all aspects of the installation including the price with no hidden fees. The service men, Joe and Bailey were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the job as described as well as followed up with instruction on use and care. Thanks for the great job.
