Within 15 minutes of making my request through Angie s list portal, I received a phone call and text information exchange which then resulted in a quotation on a variety of product options. I checked around with some other suggestions I had received and decided to go with Premier based on product and prices as well as positive reviews. They came out that afternoon and replaced my water heater while removing my old one. Additionally we discovered my floor drain was not draining adequately and they utilized equipment on hand to clear it. All services were provided at the exact cost quotation I received ahead of time, and I have nice new Rheem water heater. Highly recommend.

My heater started a slow leak on Friday morning. I found Premier on HomeAdvisor, made a call at around noon, discussed the issue with Joe and by 5:00 p.m. Jim the plumber was on site with a new heater and had it installed in less than two hours. The work was very high quality and much care was taken moving the new in and the old out.

The guys at Premier were great! They advised best options on the water heater that I could purchase on my own, and I had it waiting for them when they arrived. They were professional courteous and completed the job promptly. Cleaned up the entire area around the water heater and removed the old one. Their installation pricing was by far the best that I found anywhere.

They were beyond and above helping me out. Was going through some health issues and it was this one was going to crack me. THEY came though and sent Jim out ON A SUNDAY MARCH 1!! God Bless, guess my old one was dying for some time I now have HOT, HOT water! They were AWESOME fast contacting me....
