Joe did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, very professional. Explained everything to me - even potential problems ( very old pipes, and the old heater was 43 yrs old). But he explained everything they would do to mitigate any issues and to expect a little rust in the water from the pipes when I first use the new heater. While they have a unique â no markupâ approach to their installation- that surely is not evident in their excellent service, timeliness, and quality work. I would definitely recommend.

loved, this plummer!!! He was on time, pleasant, informative, great price, He put in new waterheater, and dishwasher in my condo. Even went to Menards to pick up appliances, to do the job. Took old appliances away. He made my day.

Very courtious crew. Very clean as well. Wiped off the dolley wheels before moving the water heater across the carpeting. Even consulted on a potential issue with my waste stack. They didn't even hammer me with email and phone calls after my first inquiry. Overall excellent job on my water heater replacement.

My water heater went out and I was able to have Premier come out the very next day. He was very professional and cordial, and provided fast and friendly service. He cleaned up the area better than how it was when he came there. He explained everything about my new water heater. It works great! I already recommended him to a neighbor.

Once I read the reviews, I chose Premier Water Heaters. My tenant texted about a water heater leak around 12:30PM. I talked to Joe from Premier around 1:00PM and by 4:00PM, my tenant texted to say,"the jobs done and they were great"! Definitely, my go to company from now on. I give them a Five Star Plus!!! I give them a Five Star Plus!!!
