Crisis! No hot water! I ordered a new water heater from Home Depot. The next day, Joe from Premier picked it up, delivered and installed it, and removed the old heater. Saved me half the price from two other plumbers who couldn't even get to my job for 1-2 weeks. My new go-to guy for plumbing installs.

Great company explained the options on water heaters. Explained that for my water type that I currently have that a more expensive tankless system would not be the best. Installer cleaned up did a great job. Explained how to do the maintenance on it.

I had just got done requesting estimates and almost immediately got a phone call with Joe in which he explained how he did the installation and I bought the heater and used my veteran's discount. Joe sent a very professional email in which he explained the different heaters that he recommended. Online research indicated that his recommendations were for very good heaters. Prompt service with a day of my request.
