Outstanding company! From the initial call (late on a Friday) through the job completion (the following Tuesday), this is one of the best companies I have used. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and genuinely caring. So happy I "discovered" this company!

They showed up on time and did the job right.

We were on vacation when our house sitter informed us our water heater was leaking pretty bad. On a Sunday of course! Joe from premier picked up and scheduled us in for the next day while accommodating our payment arrangement for or our absence. Crew was class act and left the place perfect. Eased our mind to finish our vacation.

We got three price quotes for replacement of our 15 year old water heater, and Premier was the most competitive, as well as providing the best documentation of their services, products and prices. We were not in an emergency situation, but they still were here the next day, on time. It's nice to work with a relatively small family owned business that values their customers and the service they provide. For what it's worth, the other two quotes were nothing more than a phone call with a price. No documentation was provided, and in my opinion, they were hoping for an emergency call where getting it replaced quickly was the most important situation.

They picked up the new, installed it very tidily and then took away the old one. Very clean VERY PROFESSIONAL this being the only kind of plumbing/appliance they do. Unlimited recommendation.

Our experience was very good. We replaced our old water heater with a power vent model. They were quick to contact us and replied to questions promptly. The price was better than others. They scheduled and completed the job all in one week. They arrived on site on time, asked the right questions and kept us informed of our options for installation and progress. They left the work site clean and were very polite. They were pleasant to work with.
