Joel called me the same day I requested service and he gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. He quickly picked up my hot water heater from a local merchant, installed it and hauled the old one away for a fair price. Installation was quick and the area was left neat and clean. I would recommend his service highly and will use him for other plumbing needs.

I found no other contractor to beat the price or the way they manage the order, pickup and install. Very satisfied with the quality and care provided with installation. Not sure how you can get much better.

These guys are great! Process was very simple - I ordered a new water heater (the recommendations provided were very helpful), they picked it up and delivered, installed and hauled away the old one. Very clean and done very efficiently - within 2-3 hours. Very polite and professional the entire time. Ultimately ended up with a higher quality brand water heater with a much better warranty, all for $250 less than the next lowest bid. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jill from Premier did an excellent job. They were in and out in about an hour. I hardly knew they were here, very quiet and businesslike. Took the time to show me New alerts on the water heater . If there were any messes I wouldnÂ’t know as they left the basement cleaner than when they went down. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend Joe from Premier to everyone. Very professional and great work. Highly recommended. Joe was truly a pleasure to do business with. He responded to my inquiry immediately and we were able to set an appointment right away. He help me to pick the correct Water Heater which would improve the efficiency of my system and reduce costs. They arrived on time and ready to go to work. I am very impressed with the efficiency of installation and the no hassle price point for pick up, installation, and disposal of my old water heater. I highly recommend them for this and other services. I will be contacting him in the future for other projects beyond the scope of water heater installation, because he has a multitude of home improvement capabilities.
